DJ SAYO has grown up most of his life in Salt Lake City, Utah. DJ SAYO has also made homes in Texas & California. SAYO started DJ’ing professionally in 04’, He then moved to Radio, starting out as an intern for U92 KUUU, Salt Lake City. DJ SAYO then moved to Promotions assistant; finally making the jump to On-Air, as sidekick to on-air personality Pat Clark, on the #1 rated night show in Salt Lake City.
Based on his work ethic, determination and music knowledge, the powers that be at "U92" gave him a chance to do weekends and he became an All Star-Mixer.

DJ Sayo is now partners with DJ Juggy in a Venture called
"KPD SOUNDSYSTEM" or Killing Parties Daily,
A venture which has them performing together on stage as well as handling promotions & marketing for various companies & brands.
Ever since DJ Sayo & DJ Juggy became partners, things have been looking up.!!
DJ Sayo now holds residencies at some of Utah’s Premier Nightclubs & Bars including:
The Sandbar, Green Street, & The Hotel Bar & Nightclub.
DJ Sayo has also DJ’d private parties for such events as The Sundance Film Festival & X-dance Film festival w/ included Travis Pastrana’s Movie Release Party!

DJ Sayo has played along side such artists as Grammy Award Winner Questlove from "The Legendary Roots Crew" Busta Rhymes, E-40, Mack 10, Ice Cube, Souls Of Mischief, Baby Bash, Play n Skills & others…

DJ SAYO isn't a one industry personality; DJ SAYO has been featured in Movies & has a career in modeling, as well as being the Host of a local Salt lake City TV show called 3.2%, not to mention The original DJ & Sound Provider for Ultimate Combat Experience, Utah’s MMA League Aired every week on Utah’s CW!
