This is an original painting entitled "Protect and Serve" and is painted on three birch wood panels and measures 45"x30" by Iosua Tai Taeoalii. Designed and created with the use of Acrylics, original hand-cut stencil and freehand spraypaint techniques.
This painting is from my "Stripped from Rights" series. A series of photographs that I took of an overzealous Riot Officer and an African American male, portraying the violence between two cultures.
