Tai Taeoalii was once a tattoo artist for Weird
Chief Pictures. He started his tattooing back
when he was in Jr. High, using an old jail house
tattoo gun made from a battery, tape player motor,
guitar string, and a pen. He tattooed the majority
of his friends and fortunately for all of them he
used the wrong ink and they faded completely several
months later. Taeoalii tatooed many folks since, but
has put down the gun, due to his lack of passion for
the process. Though, he loves tatoos and the
process and talent that it takes to do it, he felt
that he wasn't quite good enough to maintain it.
Once a member of the Superior Tattoo Club, Josh had
done hundreds of tattoos ranging from detailed
portraits to tribal bands.
