Some Kid's Negative Attack

The Story
Somebody bought some paintings from us up in Park City, then wanted to buy custom paintings from us, not realizing there is a price difference. Somehow his little brother got a hold of the email we sent him with the price difference and decided to masquerade as his older brother and sent an outrageous email to us. You Iosua are whats wrong with the art game today. A bunch of no talent losers exploiting the movement. I saw your work online and in person and I am a much better artist than yourself. But instead of stealing your stlye and producing them I, on the spot bought two of your peices and then express an interest to buy more and compliment you and you come back at me with this outrageous mark up of 250 per peice. I told you I wanted to by four. So the time materials and effort it would take for you to take an exacto knife to a print out of a silhoutte would be 250 per peice. Go fuck yourself! Your whats wrong with art. I'm not even sure I'll call you an artisit cause your tattoos and sketches suck. It looks like you found you niche, taking other peoples images, altering them in photoshop and then blowing them up and cutting them out. Then to top it off you spray paint over them . Your a real artistic genius. LOSER

I think this kid is a moron. I saw you guys yesterday at the Avenues street fair and loved your art. I also thought about asking if you do custom prints but KNEW that of course it would be a higher price..duh! I say eff you kid! Keep on doing what you're doing, cuz I loved it :)

Oops, I think you opened a can of worms here. As a good friend of Iosua, I've had the great pleasure of growing up around his artistic talent and ability. He is a true and real artist to his soul.
- To claim that you are a better artist then another artist misses the point altogether. Isn't art about your own creative expression? Comparing your work to someone else is like saying that Monet was better than Van Gogh. You may a good artist as well, but please send me some of your work I would like to see and judge for myself as you are making a big claim that really has no relevance.
- If you don't want to pay the $250 for the CUSTOM piece then shut up and move on. It's either you buy them or not, I'm 100% positive that he is justified in his cost and not trying to exploit you. If you're such a great artist then paint the pictures yourself. If I want a fully custom car and then argue that I should be paying the standard car sticker price wouldn't fly.
- To say he is not an artist and his work sucks lacks intelligence and is petty, again see my first point. Obviously you like the work he does or else you would not have purchased the first two paintings.
You may be great at art; but I know one thing for sure you're great at making yourself look like an ass and a jerk.
