These Days by Jennifer We're living in a world of sad times Just thinking of glad times A world full of silent killers Who roll with drug dealers Trying to test their badness But getting caught in the madness Of these crazy days With people and their selfish ways Too scared and shook To open the book and take a look At the facts of how we act With our perpetrating lies And our mournful cries Of pain that's driving me insane Your brain's on numb From thinking so dumb You should have known That you weren't full grown But you acted like a man And decided to plot your plan Which caused all this craziness And left us in this mess This is why we're in hard times A world full of sad times Just wishing and hoping for glad times
